Raffi Ovannisyan's conversation with Serzh Sargsyan to remain secret until tomorrow

Today the former presidential candidate of Armenia, the leader of the
"Heritage" party Raffi Ovannisyan, had an informal meeting with his
opponent, the head of state Serzh Sargsyan, at the presidential
residence.

The meeting was held behind closed doors; journalists were not
allowed. Only Ovannisyan's son and his personal cameraman could
attend the meeting. The conversation lasted for less than two hours.
Ovannissian refused to reveal the details of the dialogue to
journalists, News-Armenia reports. He also promised to reveal them
tomorrow.

The ex-candidate said he was preparing for a meeting with foreign
diplomats and urged his supporters to go home and meet tomorrow on Freedom Square.

As earlier reported by "Vestnik Kavkaza", Ovannisyan gave President
Serzh Sargsyan until 17:00 on February 20 to "acknowledge his
mistake before the people of Armenia and the law." He also said
that he is confident that Sargsyan will recognize Ovannisyan's victory in the
elections.
The leader of the "Heritage" party, Raffi Ovannisyan gained almost 37% of the
vote at the elections. According to the CEC, President Serzh Sargsyan
gained 58 % of the vote.
