Suspected murderer of children in Dagestan charged

Hussein Ferzaliyev, suspected murderer of two children and robber, has been charged for the crimes, the Russian Investigative Committee reports.

According to investigators, two children (aged 11 and 12) of a non-department security officer were killed in early February. The assailant stole jewelry worth 300,000 rubles.
