Aragvi Dam to produce first electricity in 2015

Georgian Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Kakha Kaladze met ILAG officials on Monday to discuss the course of Aragvi Dam construction, Trend reports.

They discussed construction of an 85-MW dam in the Hobsky District.

The Aragvi Dam will have a power of 8MW and will produce 50 million KW/h. The project is worth $8 million. Its construction started in 2012 and will end in 2015.
