Residents of Stavropol Territory pay over billion rubles over service error

Stavropolkrayvodokanal, a state enterprise responsible for water services in the Stavropol Territory, is suspected of making an error that caused over-payment for its services with 1.149 billion rubles from January 2010 to October 2012, the Russian Interior Ministry reports today.
