Emergency Situations Minister named "Bureaucrat of the Year"

Russia's Emergency Minister Vladimir Puchkov today won the first 

contest "Business Success" in the nomination "Bureaucrat of the 

Year" for his attention to the problems of small and medium-sized 

enterprises. He received a statuette in the form of a golden ram, a 

symbol of the efforts he has made to promote small business.

The "Business Success" award was initiated in 2011 by the all-Russian 

public organization "Support for Russia" with support from the 

Ministry of Economic Development, "Interfax" reports.
