Khloponin may head board of directors of NCR

Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD Alexander Khloponin may replace Maksim Bystrov as the head of the board of directors of the Northern Caucasus Resorts (NCR) in 3 months, Kommersant reports.

Exclusive Economic Zones is the company managing 97.69% of state shares in the NCR.

Bystrov, Khloponin’s former deputy, had replaced Ahmed Bilalov at the board earlier.
