Explosives in hydro-electric plant exceeded 10 kg of TNT

The total yield of the explosion devices detonated in the Baksanskaya hydro-electric plant was more than the equiivalent of 10 kg of TNT, RIA Novosti reports, citing the law-enforcers of the North Caucasian Federal District.

Two devices contained the equivalent of 2 kg of TNT, the rest had the equivalent of 3 kg of TNT, indicating that the terrorist attack was well planned.
