Bakradze becomes head of Georgian Public Broadcaster

Georgy Baratashvili has been dismissed as the Director General of the Georgian Public Broadcaster for incompetence.

The official failed to smooth out the tense situation at the channel. Former head of the channel’s information service had filed a report, which eventually initiated the dismissal.

Georgy Bakradze has become the acting Director General of the Georgian Public Broadcaster.
