Former prime minister of Kabardino-Balkaria accused of fraud

 

The former prime minister of the Russian North Caucasian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, Ivan Gerter, has been accused of fraud.
According to the police, Gerter has misappropriated a four-room flat in the town of Prokhladny.
