Prosecutors sentenced for bribe-taking in Kislovodsk

Vitaly Timofeyev, deputy prosecutor of Kislovodsk, and Svetlana Reznikova, former senior assistant of the prosecutor, have been sentenced for taking a bribe, RIA Novosti cites spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin.

Timofeyev demanded a bribe worth million rubles from the owner of a multi-apartment building under construction. The bribe sum was reduced to 700,000 rubles. Reznikova was to receive the cash.
