Azerbaijan improves social support of soldiers

Azerbaijan has improved social support of soldiers by updating laws and completing construction projects, the Cabinet says in a report for 2012.

$4.33 billion were provided for the projects in 2012, compared with $307 million in the previous period (-26%).
