Georgian vice speaker of parliament to visit US

Vice Speaker of the Georgian Parliament David Usupashvili will make his first official visit to the US in his new status on March 10-15.

His delegation will include head of the committee for international relations Tedo Japaridze and leader of the Georgian Dream fraction Irakly Chikovani.

They will have meetings at the White House, State Department and will meet heads of committees. Usupashvili is expected to make speeches at US research centers.

Leader of the Georgian parliamentary minority David Bakradze visited the US in early March and discussed integration at the Senate and Congress.
