Setrakian appeals to Court of Appeal

Researcher of epic literature Vartan Setrakian, one of the
ex-presidential candidates in Armenia, was arrested this year on
charges of attempting to take the life of Paruyr Hayrikian, another former
presidential candidate. Today, he filed a request to the Court of
Appeal regarding the level of restriction.

Two days earlier Setrakian was charged with attempted murder.
