Bulavin becomes Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to NWFD

Russian President Vladimir Putin has replaced his Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North-Western Federal District Nikolai Vinnichenko with Vladimir Bulavin, ex-deputy secretary of the National Security Council, RIA Novosti cites Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

Vinnichenko has good chances to become Russian Deputy Prosecutor General.
