Turkmen president congratulates Armenian counterpart

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has had a telephone conversation with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan and congratulated him on winning the elections, Sargsyan’s press service reports.

They also discussed fulfillment of mutual obligations to strengthen Armenian-Turkmen ties.
