70,000 people experience power cut in Chechnya

Severe weather has caused a power cut for 70,000 people in the Shalinsky and Kurchalovsky Districts of Chechnya, RIA Novosti cites Vitaly Strugovets, spokesman of the Interregional Distribution Grid Company.

About 6.5 MW were lost. Specialists of Nurenergo plan to restore power at the end of the day.
