Iranian border guards detain Azerbaijani citizens

Iranian border guards have detained 17 Azerbaijani citizens, including two women, crossing the Turkish-Iranian border illegally, Mehr cites General Hussein Zulfugari, Commander of the Border Guards Forces.

Iranian smugglers left the citizens at the border. The border guards said that they saved the Azerbaijanis from cold weather and snow.
