Azerbaijani and Georgian defense ministers sign cooperation deal

Azerbaijani and Georgian Defense ministers Safar Abiyev and Irakly Alasania have signed a bilateral cooperation plan for 2013 at a meeting in Baku today.

Alasania visited the tomb of Heydar Aliyev and ophthalmologist Zarifa Aliyeva. He went to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan and had open-door talks and closed-door talks.

The ministers discussed bilateral relations, development of cooperation. Alasania thanked Azerbaijan for support and emphasized the need to continue progress.
