Terek FC fined for Kadyrov's retorts

Terek Football Club has been fined 200 thousand roubles for Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov's blunt retorts. 

Kadyrov insulted the referee at the Terek-Rubin game and said that his position was biased.
