Obligatory fingerprinting for visitors to Kuban

The Department of the Federal Migration Service in Krasnodar has proposed obligatory fingerprinting for all foreign visitors, reports the news site Yuga.ru.
It was proposed to amend the federal law due to the attractiveness of the region, where the 2014 Winter Olympics will take place, for work migrants.
