Nationalists of the Russkiye Movement of Dmitry Dyomushkin and Chechen MP Shamsail Saraliyev have agreed to form rapid reaction groups of famous Chechens and Russian nationalists to prevent conflicts, Izvestia reports.
Anti-conflict groups are having physical exercises in Moscow, the initiators of the project say. The groups will patrol areas that need special attention, such as the Manezhnaya Square, Evropa Square and the Park of Gorky.
Any conflicts will be reported to the Russkiye Movement. Saraliyev noted that calling the police was pointless because officers arrive only in cases of crime by adults.
A special group for monitoring of forums and social networks will be formed.
Dyomushkin said that negotiations were held with Dagestani and Ingush communities.
Dyomushkin and other members of his movement had visited Chechnya where they had discussed formation of a code of behavior for Chechens beyond the region. The Chechen authorities changed their mind and said that such code was unnecessary, as stated by spokesman of Chechen leader Alvi Karimov.
