Russia sees progress in Iranian nuclear talks

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said after a meeting with experts in Istanbul that discussions of the Iranian nuclear program on Sunday and Monday had been progressive, RIA Novosti reports.

The deputy minister added that the progress achieved was not enough for a determining breakthrough.
