'Gruzenergo' ex-president misappropriates budgetary money

The ex-director of 'Gruzenergo', Georgi Sheradze, and his deputy, Shota Maisuradze, have been arrested in Georgia, reports Georgia Online.

Sheradze and Maisuradze are accused of misappropriating 2.1 million lari, that had been allocated for modernisation of the 400-kilometer Georgian-Armenian electric power transmission line. They face a possible two-month sentence.
