Turkish foreign minister wants media access to neo-Nazi trial

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has asked his German counterpart Guido Westerwelle to grant Turkish journalists access to the trial of neo-Nazis chared with murdering Turks, Euronews reports.

Selal Oskan, a journalist of Hurriyet, expressed surprise that a correspondent of The New York Times was not allowed to observe the trial.

The neo-Nazi group killed 10 people, including 8 Turks. Their trial will start in mid-April. Beate Zchape is the main suspect of the case. 50 seats were granted to media officials, all of them are German.
