SOFAR to invest $150 million in Global Infrastructure Fund of IFC

The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan has announced its intention to allocate $150 million for its participation in the Global Infrastructure Fund,
created by the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

"The total share of SOFAR in the Global Infrastructure Fund will be
increased to $200 million, while its overall budget is $500 million," a
report by SOFAR, released on April 1 states.

In 2010, SOFAR invested $ 100 million in the IFC.
