Russian PM introduces new standards of social service

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has introduced a bill with new principles and standards of social service in the country, his press service reports.

The document contains criteria for recognition of citizens as people in need, rights and obligations of people requesting social support and prevention of complicated life situations.
