Russian presidential envoy proposes expulsion of students involved in brawl

Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD Alexander Khloponin proposed expulsion of students of the North Caucasus Federal University for the mass brawl that had happened in Stavropol on March 31.
