Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has accused the government of Turkey of bloodshed in Syria, ITAR-TASS reports.

Assad claims that Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has not said a single word of truth since the start of the crisis.

The Syrian leader commented on murder of Muslim authority Muhammad al-Bouti on March 21. The president said that al-Bouti was a key person in preventing a coup.

He reminded that armed extremists murdered Sheikh Hasan Safiyeddin on March 30, an Imam of the Sheikh-Masoud Quarter in the northern part of the city.
