Cell phone tower blown up In Kabardino-Balkaria

Suspected militants have set off an explosive device under a cell phone tower in the village Tengal of the Baksan region in Russia's Kabardino Balkaria. The incident occurred around 3.00 am.m Moscow time, RIA Novosti reports.
