Investigators suspect arson at Chechnya’s tallest sky-scraper

Besides violations of safety rules and fire security, arson is one of the theories about the first at the Olimp Sky-scraper of Grozny City, RIA Novosti reports.

The fire at the sky-scraper happened on Wednesday. About 18,000 square meters were on fire. No one was injured.
