Dagestan celebrates Constitution Day

Dagestan celebrates its Constitution Day on Monday, RIA Novosti reports. The president of the republic, Magomedsalam Magomedov, congratulated residents of the North Caucasus republic on the event.
"The Constitution is the main judicial document which provides for the main principals of the republic's social life, securing the strong political and legal basis of its existence within the Russian Federation. We all want our republic to be peaceful, wealthy, developed and successful. We will reach this aim only by the efforts of all the Dagestani people," he said.
