Georgian president undergoes second surgery

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili is undergoing the second surgery on his shoulder, his Facebook page says.

Saakashvili broke his shoulder while riding a bicycle in the morning. He will have a breakfast with the Turkish president today and will return to Georgia after the meeting.
