Russia announces 2014 as Year of Great Britain

Russia will have a cultural festival in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as ordered by President Vladimir Putin.

Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets was ordered to be in charge of the organization committee.

Russia is currently marking the Year of the Netherlands.
