Akhmed Bilalov accused of embezzling 3 million roubles

Former chief executive of the North Caucasian Resorts public corporation Akhmed Bilalov is being accused of embezzling 3 million roubles, the Russian interior ministry says.

Bilalov allegedly paid for his trips abroad with the company's money.
