Nizhny Novgorod to mark anniversary of Russian-Azerbaijani diplomatic relations

Nizhny Novgorod, capital of the Volga Federal District of Russia, will mark the 21st anniversary of Russian-Azerbaijani diplomatic relations, APA reports.

The Youth Chamber of the local parliament and the local Azerbaijani community initiated a conference for the occasion.

Russia and Azerbaijan established diplomatic relations on April 4, 1992.
