It is too early to call a referendum on Nagorny Karabakh – Peter Semneby

“Any voting concerning Nagorny Karabakh's status can take place only after a long process. Now we have to agree upon the rules of the process development for each side to have guarantees”, said special representative for the south Caucasus, Peter Semneby, reports the Voice of Russia.
