Neighbours of Iran concerned about radiation leakage

Members of the Gulf Cooperation Council express concerns about leakage of radiation at the Bushehr nuclear power plant and proposed sending a group of specialists to check the reactors, Secretary General of the council Abdel Latif az-Ziyani says.

He sent a letter with proposals to the IAEA and insists that nuclear reactors in Iran are damaged.

Iran informed the IAEA that the nuclear facility suffered no damage. Rosatom head Sergey Kiriyenko confirmed the information too.
