Baku hosts session of CIS Consultative Muslim Council

Baku has held the second session of the CIS Consultative Muslim Council where head of the Caucasus Muslim Administration Sheikh-ul-Islam Allakhshukur Pashazadeh was re-elected as the chairman of the council for 5 years.

An international conference entitled “CIS Muslims for peace and sustainable development” was held in Baku. It was attended by Azerbaijani religious confessions, members of government and parliament, scientists, artists and members of diplomatic missions.
