Medinskiy promises to give Schneerson library to Jewish Museum in 2013

Russian Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinskiy once again stressed that the Schneerson library, demanded by the American Hasidic community, is the property of Russia. The library can be loaned to the Moscow Jewish Museum until the end of the year, if the work is properly organized.
