Krasnoyarsk medical university lifts hijab ban

Krasnoyarsk Medical University has lifted the ban on wearing religious clothes, including the hijab. The ban has been lifted at the request of the authorities, who believe that the ban violates Russian education law.

The legal agencies started investigating the case in March, when a female student of the university was dismissed for wearing a hijab.
