Akhmed Bilalov returns 3 million roubles to North Caucasus Resorts

Akhmed Bilalov, former chief executive of the North Caucasus Resorts public corporation, who is currently being accused of embezzling 3 million roubles, says he has returned the money to the company.

"I have made a decision to return the money to the company so as not to spoil the management's reputation," he said.
