Alexander Vitko to head Russia's Black Sea Fleet

Vice Admiral Alexander Vitko has been appointed as the new head of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, the Russian Defense Ministry says in a statement.

The fleet was previously headed by Vice Admiral Alexander Fedotenko, who has been appointed deputy commander of Russian Naval Forces.
