Russian presidential envoy to attend intergovernmental commission in South Ossetia

Alexander Khloponin, Russian Vice Premier Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District, will attend the 7th plenary session of the intergovernmental commission for socio-economic development of Russia and South Ossetia in Tskhinval today.

Khloponin met South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov and will attend the session.
