Criminal cases initiated against ex-functionaries in Kabardino-Balkaria

Criminal cases have been initiated against former head of Presidential Administration of Kabardino-Balkaria Vladimir Jamborov, ex-Minister for Property Management and Land Resources Khabdulsalam Ligidov, his deputy Ruslan Jamborov, deputy head of the department for management of city property in Nalchik Khachim Bekshokov for violation of authority, Interfax reports.

Both Jamborovs and Ligidov were detained and put under home arrest for illegal privatization and sales of the building of the philharmonic at Nalchik center. They were moved to the investigative detention facility.
