Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded the naturalization procedure to be simplified at a meeting with head of the Federal Migration Service Constantine Romodanovsky, RIA Novosti reports.

Putin reminded that people’s age and good education were often a criterion to grant citizenship in many foreign states. He proposed a system of score to grant people residential permits.

Romodanovsky said that the federal service planned stickers with data about the right of foreigners to work in Russia for over 90 days.
