Jokhar Tsarnayev, suspected organizer of the Boston Marathon blasts, has regained consciousness at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital and gave testimony, RIA Novosti reports.

The suspect was hospitalized with a grave injury in the neck. He canno talk and responds to questions in a written form.
