Iran considers exporting oil to North Korea, as stated by Iranian Petroleum Minister Rostam Ghasemi.
A North Korean delegation is on a visit to Tehran to discuss oil shipments. Iran and North Korea signed a science cooperation agreement in September and announced plans to resist western sanctions together.
