UK forbids Shell to pay Iran with grain and medicaments

British authorities have forbidden RoyalDutch Shell to cover its debt to Iran worth $2.3 billion with grain and medicaments.

Shell had bought oil of the National Iranian Oil Company before the EU passed sanctions against Iran in July 2012.
