Chinese companies to invest in Iranian economy

Iranian Ambassador to China Mehdi Safari met today with representatives of Chinese investment companies. 

The issue of possible investment in the Iranian economy was discussed at the meeting. 50 Chinese firms have already expressed their interest in investing in the Iranian economy, Iran News reports.

Some $700 million were invested in Iran by Chinese businesses.
