Novy Arbat incident was a chlorine spill

The incident that occured today on the Novy Arbat street in downtown Moscow was a chlorine spill and not an explosion.

Local workers dropped a canister of chlorine and it spilled during the fall. Two men were injured during the incident. They were taken to the nearest hospital.
